The time required for delivery can depend on the availability of our products and the country that is being delivered to.
Generally: Delivery time = ready for shipment + shipment
Example:
When you see “ready for shipment: 4-5 workdays” and have an actual
shipping time of e.g. 1-2 workdays, the total delivery time will add up
to five to maximally ten workdays.
1. Ready for shipment
This is the time span that it will likely take until the product can be given to the delivery service. This time span differs between the individual products and will always be shown on the individual products’ page:
Example: "Ready for shipment: 24 hours“
means that a product will be ready to be picked up by the delivery
service in roughly 24 hours. Only then it will be sent!
Please note:
e.g. "Ready for shipment: 5-7 workdays" means that it will take five to
seven workdays before the delivery service can pick up the packet from
us. This is always the case when we do not have certain products in
storage and therefore must order them from the producer first. We can
only send the product to you once we have received it.
2. Shipment
This is the time the delivery service needs to bring the packet to you. How long it takes depends on the delivery service and the country of destination.
Standard delivery: 5-7 working days

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, TWINT
Choose the payment option "credit card" during the ordering process. After verifying the order you will be lead to a page where you can enter your credit card details. We suggest that you have your card details (card company, name of the card owner, card number, date of validity and the safety code) on hand. As soon as you have fully entered this data, your order will continue being processed. In case the order fails in any way, we will refund you.

Your safety is our highest priority, and that is why we use great caution and the highest safety standards while dealing with your personal data. For safe transferring of customer data during the ordering process and especially credit card details, we use a secure transfer method – the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL)
Mastercard Secure Code / Verified by VISA
This is a safety code activation by your credit card provider. Please note that our bank only works with CHF and Euro. In case you're paying with a different currency, additional cost may be incurred.
Shipping Cost
CHF 10.00 for order up to 5 kg
CHF 15.00 for order in between 5 kg to 10 kg
CHF 20.00 for order in between 10 kg to 20 kg
Delivery Attempts
There will be 1 attempt to deliver. If no one was present to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office.
Parcel Tracking
You can track the whereabouts of your order at any time with tracking. You’ll receive the Track ID or parcel number and the appropriate link via email.
Tax
When you choose “your country of residency” as your country of delivery, you will be shown the net price and sales tax of each product in the shop. While ordering you will also see the final price including sales tax – there will be no further costs from customs.
Customs
If your “your country of residency” is in Switzerland or in the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprius, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lativia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), no custom charges will be added to your order.If you order from outside Switzerland and the European Union, extra custom taxes and shipping costs will be added.

Your balance is made up of credit from returns or vouchers. You can use it for new orders. - Payment Options: Your preferred payment settings are saved here. That way, you can make a
quick selection during the ordering process rather than filling in your payment details every time you place an order. - My Addresses: You have the opportunity to save several addresses in your account. During
the ordering process, you can make an simple selection indicating the address you wish to use. - My Orders: This page shows you your complete order history at Fool Moon. This helps you keep a
clear overview of your orders. It also shows the status and notices regarding current, still open orders. - My Favorites: In this area, you will find your Favorites – products that you have marked
for your favorites list. This helps you keep an eye on products that you like, so you can find them again easily. - My Ratings: This page helps you keep an overview of any ratings you have given the products on our website.
